Using Solutech 1.75 PLA in a one bedroom apartment, do I need to be concerned? Using the sliding patio door and fan for ventilation.

You’re fine. Look up what pla is made of.

Treat it like you’d treat cooking fumes. It’s about the same level of exposure hazard.
