What model printer do you want to build?
Areil, the classic is called Rostock and its successor is called Kossel, both designed by Johann Rocholl. But both require extensive printed parts.
Coincidentally, Misumi is running a contest for printer BOMs and I entered my variant called HotBot. Search for Misumi Reddit and Contest and you’ll find a bunch of printer BOMs.
Happy to chime in with build or calibration tips if you like. Also check out the deltabot google group.
BTW if you like my design (really only the frame from Misumi is reasonable) please vote me up!
Forgot to mention HotBot does not require printed parts for the frame and will be much more stable.
I Want something that it’s already being assembled before and running perfectly. I need this for business

If you’re looking for a purchased bot there’s the Rostock max from seemecnc. As for working designs they all use pretty much the same formula - printed corner braces to hold the horizontal pieces, some kind of linear motion like linear rails or vwheels in a vertical extrusion slot. The rest of the parts sort of mix and match - arms using Traxxas ball ends or magnetic joints and a hotend from e3d or a jhead. The specific design for these basics is far less important than the accuracy of the build. However I do feel that printed corners are the biggest suspect in poor build quality (and can cost a lot unless you find someone to “print it forward” but again accuracy is suspect) hence my recommendation for Misumi angled frame. I can recommend http://tridprinting.com for good part kits.
