Use a stick through the center hole and you should be able to eventually work it free, I had to work mine and sanded it clean.

Are you printing on a shower curtain? If your print bed is removeable, just place it in the freezer, and the expansion difference of the two will separate the two materials

Mine fell apart after a few months, and is now quite lose. I don’t realise pla did that.
