I agree… Just noticed. I took a few pics but it was pretty dark in there. The part came out pretty poorly too…
what bit did you use? How much time did it take to make this board? Seems like it’s 2x2 feet.
1/2 inch ball nose. It’s 36"x24" my depth of cut was .4375" at 720 Ipm
Probably around 15 to 20 mins. I walked away…

What software did you use to make the waves or was it a vector pattern?
Alphacam of course. Everything I do is custom, no stock patterns. 
I have order next week to make parts from Teflon so I usually don’t use stock stuff myself.
Do you have a better image of the final product? Or you haven’t finished it yet?
It’s going to the spray room soon then off to the customer. It’s a mockup.
