We finally got our very own 3D printer and have been messing around. These are some prints we created of Bill Murray wearing 3D glasses. The first had some serious problems with the internal structure (hollow and thin walls) - printed at 10% infill and .2mm layers. After fixing, the entire internal was honey-combed, wall thickness improved and the print turned out great using 2 shells, .11mm layers and 10% infill.

where did you get that model, i want to add it to my colletion of strange busts at work… So far i have yoda (lame) Prof Farnzworth, and black dynamite. Looking to find progressively more strange busts as i continue.

Looks more like Richard Dryfuss but it looks cool anyway

@Camerin_hahn , we had it designed for us. It should be available on our site shortly. We also have a contest on where we are giving away a high quality, color version, along with a 3D printer (http://pinshape.com/contest)

@Terry_Downes now that you mention it… haha. We were trying to recreate this image, but in 3D. http://www.wordans.com.au/wvc-1366623893/wordansfiles/images/2013/4/22/187510/187510_340.jpg
