Well I’ve made the arms longer and lost a boatload of Z height, I’m going to experiment with shorter arms as my delta radius is ~200mm (can’t remember the exact number atm) but… it’s aliiiive…

@Alex_Skoruppa - Cheers. I think I’m going to have a few sets of arms in the end of this. With the Current 401.5mm (I may have miscut a couple :P) I can get way over the 300mm but with a miniscule 130mm Z. However, with the Delta radius being 200+, I can probably knock 10-15mm off the arm length, gain the Z back to something a bit more usable, hopefully something in the 150mm range. Originally the arms were 310mm, and that didn’t quite cut it, but I ended up with a Z of 250mm, I think it’s quite possible to get the target Z height of 200mm with 300 usable with a bit of playing. It’s the cheaper option rather than buying in another set of smooth rods 2060 extrusions and belts. You’re right about there will be more as it’s the best way to get things pinned down.
