Well, once again my design was a bit too delicate. That’s ok. Here’s what the front wheel looks like after clean up and repair.

I am new at this as well but i have had prints like this. What i did to help it was lowered my extrusion multiplier and lowered my temp and used a fan on PLA.

Well, this was made on the library’s MakerBot Replicator 2. I don’t have access to any controls not within the Makerware. However, once I have my RigidBot setup up and tuned, I’ll print at the higher quality. This was done in the medium setting due to time constraints they have.

model wheels have always been a bane to modelers …

@Rojer_Wisner Have you tried using meshmixer to generate supports for the model? Seems to really help with complex Replicator prints: http://www.meshmixer.com/download.html

Not on this specific file, no. But I was aware of that new feature. It looks nice. For the distances needed in my part, it seems it would be overkill. IDK. Thanks for the input.
