I’m following your FlexDrive from quite a while now. I have 2 questions:
How are you handling the rotation induced when the FlexDrive is installed on a printer where X and Y of the head are moving (QR or Herculien type for example). There would be some torsion induced by the own movement of the head, correct?
I think the concept is very interesting, is there a way I can help?

@Michael_Memeteau Error through angular deflection of axis motion is negligable. To give context, in a theoretical worst case scenario, motion of 100mm will produce an error of 0.08mm over the 100mm for extruded filament. This error is not cumulative, and in practice this theoretical scenario is rarely if ever encountered. To compare, a missed step on a 4988 driver at x16 stepping will give an error of 0.06mm over 1mm and will be cumulative (assuming 20tooth gt2 pulley)
