Well, tonight has been a Nylon printing night. I have to say I’m well impressed with @rigid.ink 's Nylon12. Had a sample lying around and needed some bushings to replace the crap linear bearings on the XY stage of the new FB2020, so decided to give it a shot. Very little shrinkage, adheres well to glass with hairspray (YMMV on that) and produced a perfect set of 4 bushings. Needless to say I’ll be grabbing another 10m for the odd job I need Nylon for. Never really got on with @taulman_ThreeD 's Bridge (had a spool sitting around for ~12months) while it prints OK, it needs a deep drive gear profile (like the MK8, the main 2 FB2020s have @E3D-Online 's HobbGoblins, which is relatively shallow) as it’s very flexible, takes on moisture like a sponge where Nylon12 is less Hygroscopic and can shrink a fair bit when printed.
I’ve also been playing around with Cura 2.4. I have to say, I’m very much impressed, it seems to path a lot smoother and more intelligently than S3D although it has it’s downfalls of not being able to add a dual extrusion custom profile without hacking around in the configs amongst other things. It’s now got me bouncing between S3D and Cura. Cura for general prints and S3D for anything that needs support.
