What are the true smooth rod lengths for the Prusa I3 single sheet frame

What are the true smooth rod lengths for the Prusa I3 single sheet frame printer?

The build manual shows:
2x 370mm 8mm smooth rods for X axis
2x 350mm 8mm smooth rods for Y axis
2x 320mm 8mm smooth rods for Z axis

But people are telling me they should be the same lengths as the box style…

Y axis depends on your threaded rod lengths.
X axis could do with 400mm lengths if you’ve got spare.
Z axis seems pretty spot on with 320mm
the i3 is very easy to lengthen on the Y axis.
