What cheap 3d printer should I get, I’m a new to 3d printing I’ve been Recommended the monoprice Select mini v1 3d printer

It has a very small build volume. They promise that you can use ABS filament with it, but I read the heat bed is only going up to 60°C. I doubt that this will be enough.
