What Creative Shift Workshop is accomplishing is a better way of educating and training on 3D Printing through workshops on assembly.
You will learn how to assemble and troubleshoot your newly built printer so that you feel comfortable with it.

I’m in complete agreement and am currently traveling from Northern California to Los Angeles building printers and demystifying the 3D Process along the way.
The people that want to host my workshops are those that want “in” but aren’t forum-people.
That’s fantastic! How many workshops have you run so far? It’s great to see that you are bringing the information to the people. At the moment is seems to be quite difficult to get certain people informed and excited about 3D Printing Workshops and Information workshops. They just don’t know where to look and when there is a commitment to understanding it can be daunting, when I first started it was like walking into the middle of a conversation. Searching forums for information can be tedious because there is many different variants on boards, firmware, and types of printers. It really has to be boiled down.
Offering Workshops is really the best way - in my opinion - of teaching how 3D Printers work. Good to see that others are doing it, travelling workshops.
