What gives you more adhesion on abs?

I was using an abs slurry printing on glass.

Deli pva glue

Hairspray

@Branden_Coates have you ever tried to print PLA on cold glass?

comment: stop printing ABS, start printing PETG. Superior in all aspects…

inkjet transparent sticker sheets from Avery j8567. best for all materials. ( only this reference!) for me Kapton was the worst ever, sold the rest of the roll again.

Looks like the avery transparent sticker sheets are polyester or as prusa did in a video years ago pet tape.

PEI and a 50 C heated print chamber gets me great adhesion and no cracking on large ABS prints. PETG isn’t as stiff as ABS. Richard Horne just did a video on bed surfaces. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQGibxRfq7w

As @ThantiK mentioned, I have had very good success with the cheap Aqua Net hair spray on bare glass. I get no lifting and when the print is done, I let it cool for a couple minutes and the print “pops” off. First time I used it the pop was so loud I thought the glass cracked but it was just the print popping loose. I’ve been using the same glass the whole time with no issues. Nice thing about it is when it gets built up too much just run it under warm water to remove all the hairspray and start over.

3DLac, no doubt
