What is with all of the coordinates in this gcode?

If I can understand this, maybe I will be able to make a 3d printer gcode to grbl gcode converter.
Commands that I know are not allowed are M117 and M120. A feed rate needs to be added at the start via G20. The E#### on the end of G1 commands should probably be dropped.
