I use a 1.5kw with an ER11 chuck and have never had any issues.

12V 0.85A looks like way too little. How much pressure does it generate and what is the height it can pump up to?
Does it have over-temperature protection?
I guess that with a single air bubble in the tube this thing is going to fail.

I’m currently replacing mine (from 2.4L/min up to 5L/min at 5 bar). Ask me again in 2 weeks. :wink:
