What type of wire connectors do you guys use?

What type of wire connectors do you guys use? My nema 17 motors came with connectors that look similar to a servo (except its 4 pin) and i would like to do something a little nicer than jamming solid core wire into them…

I have mine just in teh screw terminal of my G shield, but I like Johns. What are those called?

Mine are screwed directly into the terminal but I too like Johns connectors.
