What’s the best place/type to order for an extruded and hot end? I’ve seen some on amazon but it’s 2+ weeks shipping and I need it ASAP for #LasVegasMakerFaire… Any suggestions?

I ordered an E3D from Filastruder (I’m in USA), and it shipped pretty quickly. Best hot end out there, IMHO.
No real opinion on driving the filament.
