What’s the goto size for the distance between woodcerts in the wasteboard? 20cm between them OK? Do you recess them. If I’m going to cut holes for them with the cnc may as well cut recesses at the same time. Is a 2mm recess enough?
I guess I should consider cutting the router mounts out of something stronger than the 3d printed pla they are currently. But I have to say I’m totally smitten with this machine.
I just screw into my waste board. Wherever!

My hold downs are made out of metal, and I always worry about hitting them. At least you can plow through yours and not have to worry about it too much.
