When the slic3r will have the function that like pp3d easy to tear off bridges.

When someone works out exactly how pp3d manage to do it so well!

There was some discussion about this a while back. Things that come into it seem to be - temperature at which support/interface layers are printed, and the support material trace width (PWOT/Squishedness). Which affect the quality of the weld between layers. Speed could also help?

you mean rafts? bridges don’t get torn off

I think he means support. Slic3r can already do support, and if you get the settings right, it works pretty well. When it doesn’t, it’s usually because the support sticks too well to the print. pp3dp seems to do some temperature changing to reduce the bond with support, but that has not been implemented in Slic3r yet. Part of the reason for this is that most open printers take a long time to heat and cool, so we can’t change temperatures quickly enough to get that effect. There are also a lot of people who are printing at the wrong temperature or who are at the torque limit of their extruder motors, and wouldn’t be able to push colder filament through.

Sublime has got kisslicer to a similar level with his Tantillus. He’s also getting a print quality as goods as the UP! http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?279,223172

BTW, there’s a branch for slic3r testing a completely rewritten support system. I haven’t played with it, but every time there’s a support-related feature request, the answer seems to be that it’s already in the experimental branch.
