Which layout is better for 7" devices ?
#1 - condensed layout which still shows the gcode rendering
#2 - wider layout with large console and buttons

2 is much more useful imho

2, bigger console area; you can always flip back to gcode

Didn’t have a chance to test it yet due to not having an android phone to test it with… hopefully the repair service will have some good news for me this week.

#2 is the winner (6:3) . Another advantage of #2 : there is more space for future improvements . Next beta will have it .

Yes, definitely number 2, I’d even suggest hiding the gcode viewer completely and covering all the way to the left menu buttons. And possibly in this mode (console mode?) there could be a smaller windowed rendering of the gcode? Just my 2 cents
