I sourced and built my own a while back. Used it design and make parts for own line of printers, @Cohesion3D . Let me know if I can be of help.

I have this printer its a great buy if your primary concern is the printers build envelope. Mine worked fine as soon as I put it together but in its standard form you’re limited to pla printing. I’ve since upgraded mine with an all metal hot end and heated bed with a glass top. I’m very happy with it so far.

@raykholo Did Y axis running smoothly, or little more shake?

@Bradford_Short 0.05mm is achievable? And Y axis fastest speed ?

I’ve successfully pulled off 75 micron prints on Cohesion, and once or twice on the gMax a while back. Never felt the need to go all the way down to 50. They claim it will work though.

Y axis was never stable. Biggest issue across a lot of people. Many of us needed to rebuild/ reinforce the bed assembly.

@raykholo ever think about change wheel as smooth rod?

Back before the kickstarter it used to be all smooth rod. The wheel system works better overall, as that’s all my cohesion printers use for all 3 axes.
