Who needs a controller to run WS2812B LEDs?

Who needs a controller to run WS2812B LEDs? :stuck_out_tongue:

Hmmm I wonder if there’s enough room on the back of the flex for an esp8255

This could probably run about 100 LEDs

Apparently anyone who wants more than an expensive RGB strip…

@Mat_Helm i made it myself :stuck_out_tongue:

…maybe a ATTiny85 on the backside of LED 1

@Cristian_Martinez Looks nice. Made it your own? i think the contacts on bottom are for programming… do you have a layout for that?

@Solo_Han_Solominator sadly no those are 2 pinouts and a GND in the middle. With a space for a resistor in case you want to use a photoresistor. Its a work in progress so right now youd need a clip to attach directly to the Attiny85 for programming

I made a Night/Mood-Light for my kids, also with a tiny85. First I tryed it with a digispark mini, but it was to large, so I had to make my own one… It use two 1W-super bright led and 24-RGB-LED strip.
…all build in in a 2cm U-profile…
The Alu profile is also a touch sensor. 1x tip for switch on/off the night light. two tip for on/off the mood light. 3 Tip for changing Moodlight color cycle…
…and continous tip for dimming nightlight.
