I can’t verify the circuitry on a picture other than to say the wires appear correctly drawn, but there is no way for me to see whether they are actually connected properly. Right off the bat, I can tell you that you’re missing a pull-up on the reset line, but in order to do a thorough check, I’ll need to grab the file then I can give you, hopefully, a very short list of what needs fixing, if anything.
