Windows Tablet as “Print Server”
Inspired by @Eclsnowman , I added a cheap windows tablet that serves as a “print server”. it’s a Chuwi Vi8 from ali. Works well but needs an extra “otg charging hub” to allow printing and charging a the same time because it has only 1 usb port. It’s good value if you compare the costs to a rapberry pi and you can print “standalone” but also control the printer through Remote Desktop Protocol.
Nice job. I really like mine. I can play around with slice settings sitting at the couch, then go over and plug it in and hit print.
Have you found a good app for timelapses?
@Maik_M I have both
+Maik M no display, no touch screen
+Eric Lien no I haven’t found an app for time laps until now
