Winnipeg related question: Anyone know a local supplier with LM8UU or LM8LUU bearings in stock? (Mid-Canada Bearing doesn’t stock small linears).

A thought from Steinbach… Princess Auto or Acklands Grainger?

Thanks for the brainstorm - had not thought of either of those places.

@Princess_Auto would only possibly have them in their surplus section. They’re more large scale agriculture maker friendly, not so much small scale hobby maker friendly.

Acklands and A.Adams supply don’t carry linear bearings.

Ended up ordering some from Spool3D - will see how long they take to arrive.

Acklands, top dollar at double the MSRP. Princess Auto, good luck! Just google “LM8 bearing and Winnipeg”, you get several reputable suppliers. Ebay will be your least expensive option, not including shipping.
