#MasterSpool with addnorth filament. Saving money one spool at the time.
What I am curious about is how much do you save per spool/kg of filament? Is the saving only related to the raw material or also shipping? An empty spool isn’t actually that expensive (at least in Germany) so where is the benefit besides less thrown away spools?
In my case, shipping to Australia of a refill more than cancels out the savings from on-line shopping locally for spooled filament.
@Daniel_Stauffer i guess the benefit differs per supplyer, but im getting 50 grams more on the role. But the fact that i have reduced the impact on the environment by not throwing away even more petrolium based plastics, is a good enough reason for me.
