Wondering why the bottom layers look like this when I remove the support layers. I’m using Sli3cer Prusa edition.

Likely your support material is too sparse and you are not getting enough squish. There also might not be enough bottom and top surface layers. Looks like you have just one really thick layer on the bottom. Also, a good part cooling fan will greatly help with the surface quality.

It is normal, the support remove some of the material, you could use different type of support like pillars instead of grid, this is available in Cura and Simplify 3D not sure if Slic3r has it

Here is an example of the support surface quality I get on my parts. The back side you see in the pictures is all support material surface.

Supported surfaces can be quite smooth even with breakaway supports.

One thing could help is to remove the support material quickly, if too much time pass, the support material will stick more and be difficult to remove it from the part
