Work in progress on my TK-0 :slight_smile:

Applying some mods from 1013 for auto bed leveling, and Eric Z coupler I slightly modified for this one in order to use 6 mm rods and heatset insert.

Not finished but I already love it :o).

Very nice looking design. Are you using spectra for the x axis?

@Eric_Moy thanks. What do you mean by spectra ?

Spectra is high tension fishing line used by some instead of belts to move the stages. I noticed the two stacked 608 bearings in one of your pictures and thought it might be a pulley for spectra or synchro mesh cable since I didn’t see any belts

@Eric_Moy oki I didn t know. Nope it is classic gt2 belt. It is in place now I ll redo pictures later.

Ah, cool. What’s the double bearing in the last picture for?

Lulzbot always puts 2 bearings side by side for GT2 6mm wide belts on the X and Y axis.

please note the printed TK0 connection parts are not stable, i already change them with CNC aluminum parts. If you like,can send you some photos.
