Working on implementing FSR sensor for the z limit switch. The colored part will be STL for printing. The FSR slides inside the yellow part and the blue part should apply force to the FSR once the nozzle tip touched the bed.

nice, single FSR and no issues of distributed trigger pressure, easier install above bed instead of under it, no need for heat barriers, less parts, more reliable and simplified mechanical function, seems like your doing it right.
I can print the yellow and green without support but the blue is a bit tricky… Will post some pic later
