WOW! Innovations SparkMaker SLA printer power pack just went BANG.
As mentioned in my first post about this backer reward the powe rpack was a typical chinese unit and the lead was knackered from the delivery.
Well after completing my first print I went to slice up some place holders for a board game (they look like tiny ships). Completed the slice and everything was set. Turned on the power and the power pack began to tick (not usually a good sign) so I turned it all off and made sure all connections were thoroughly inserted. Power on and the power pack is now ticking faster after a few seconds BANG! the whole house is tripped.
So rule #1 with this machine is do NOT use the standard power pack.
DO NOT USE THE POWER PACK BUY YOUR OWN MORE REPUTABLE 24V 2A POWERPACK.
