Z Axis homing issue

Hello guys,
I have problem with my z axis homing.
While my z axis is control by steps like 10, 1, 0.1, it’s working fine both directions.
But when i press to home z axis i’ll get very loud noise and it’s not moving at all, but if i press once z end stop it will start homing.

does any one have any suggestions

Most likely your homing speed is too fast.

i also tested just motor it self still does same think
