I have this “double” mark.
The separation between the dot and the mark is bigger when head is at rightmost position.
It is not the lens: I have remove it and the mark is also.
As you see in the photo, also the cut is marked.
Here’s my suggestion to help diagnose:
- Remove the lens (and nozzle, if your machine has an air assist nozzle)
- Put tape underneath where the lens would be
- Mark the circle of the lens tube on the tape
- Test-fire to mark the tape
- Upload a good picture of the tape
