Hey everyone, hope you guys all doing great.
I have this issue as showing in the photo, it’s says laser is busy and i can get it every second or third time when using the laser, ends up turning off the laser then back on or sometimes just open the lightburn again or disconnect the usb cable then connect it back, anyone faced a problem like that before?.

A better method is to edit your original post and upload the image to THAT post and secondly you should wait until the upload is complete and you see the preview of the image to the right(in the preview section).

All too often people think of these forums as a one way street which is here just for them. They don’t realize searching for solutions is part of finding a solution.
@Jack3233 It is not polite to ask for help and then say that the problem is solved without saying what the solution is.

Please respect the time others give to help you by describing the solution you had for this problem.
I’m sorry that I didn’t sort it out in time. I used pirated software before, and this happened. Later, I spent money to buy genuine software, and finally avoided this problem!
