I wouldn’t. But really depends on the print, and if that parts visible.

Try to clean the bed with some alcohol. Otherwise up the temperature and decrease the speed.
make holes (cones) in the undersurface of the model so there is not one big area … the holes will take stress from it.
Weird, I have white PLA from Hatchbox that does that same thing. Just seems to happen with the white, though…

Just restarted the print and releveled the bed. I also heated the bed up to 80 degrees and cleaned the bed with alcohol. I also added a raft. Looks promising^^

A glass plate and spray AcuaNet on it makes my prints stick like glue.

I smash the first layer of PLA into an unheated matte acrylic bed at 230 degrees and never have adhesion issues, FWIW.
Don’t forget that with PLA that too high a bed temperature on later layers can cause those to shrink in a bit affecting x and y sizes.
Never expect a good print (or one at all for that matter) if you have a bad first layer. Perfect your first layer and then do full bed prints. This looks like an Anet A8. From what I’ve personally seen, their beds are not perfectly flat which could cause some issues like this.
